To give you as a member of our panel even more opportunities to collect points, we also offer partner surveys in addition to the usual surveys. These come from our market research partners and offer you the chance to earn even more rewards.
We Care About Your Data Privacy and Security
As the partner surveys come from other providers, the structure of the questionnaires may be slightly different from our own surveys. You may also be redirected to a different page. But don't worry - your data privacy and security are of utmost importance to us. Here's how we ensure your information remains protected:
- Encrypted transmission: All your answers and personal data are always encrypted during transmission so that they remain secure.
- Anonymity guaranteed: Your answers are anonymized, which means your identity always remains protected and is never directly linked to your answers.
- No Access to Your Personal Data by Partners: Our partners do not have access to your personal information stored in your Talk online panel account. Your privacy remains safeguarded within our platform.
While Talk is dedicated to selecting partners carefully and ensuring panelists participate only in surveys that are lawful, ethical, and meet market research standards, we cannot take responsibility for the content of the surveys conducted by third-party clients. These third-party clients are solely responsible for their survey content.
When you participate in a survey administered by a third party, the third party is exclusively responsible for the collection, processing, and storage of your survey response data. Talk only receives general data about your participation, such as whether you completed, discontinued, or were screened out of the survey. This information is used by Talk solely for the following purposes:
- Awarding the appropriate number of points to your account,
- Updating our panel database,
The ownership of survey results or data rests solely with the third party conducting the survey. Please note that when you leave the Talk website environment and access a third-party survey, the legal terms and conditions, including the privacy notice, of the third-party provider will apply. For surveys offered through the General Research Laboratories, LLC (GRL) surveys marketplace, you may consult the applicable privacy notice for survey participants here.
Partner surveys: your chance to earn even more rewards!
To make sure you fit the target group, you will answer some general questions at the beginning of a partner survey. If you do not belong to the target group for a survey, you will be forwarded directly to the next survey.
A survey usually takes a maximum of 25 minutes, and you will receive at least 10 points for participating. The rewards may vary depending on the survey.
For each successfully completed partner survey, the points are credited directly to your panel account - usually on the same day.
